Japanese Karaage with an oven

Make a source: 1 oz soy source, 1 oz sake, 1 piece mashed garlic, 1 piece mashed ginger

Marinade 2 lb chopped Chicken thigh with the source at 4C for 1 hour

Coat the chicken with Japanese potato starch

Bake them at 400F for 30 mins

Done!
