Soy Beans

2 cup soy beans
Soak in water overnight
Boil beans with water under high pressure for 5 minutes
Transfer beans in a pan (water levels must be same as bean levels)
Add 100g sugar and 1 spoon soy sauce
Boil under weak heating until most of all water being evaporated (I took 40 minutes)
Store at 4 degree C
